People and agents, one workplace. Some agents live on screen. Some can stand on the table.

Reachy Mini is the unit that fits this research kit — a demo on the desk, not a robotics product line. The claim is the harness: a small robot is another tool an agent can use, in concept, with the same files, processes, and approval as anything else on the table.

MicroDuck sits beside it as a second reference, not a second product.

For work that must stay on the premises, the picture is local — a workstation and a small robot. The point is embodied presence as a research surface, not slides about embodiment.

In 2025 I looked briefly at Hugging Face LeRobot. The architectural shape was already familiar: capabilities as APIs, agents as consumers. Physical AI is a use-case on that path — a kit for the room, not a second brand.
